-They are over 18 years of age.
-They have completed at least compulsory education.
-They are registered in the Public Employment Service (DYPA) unemployment registry.
-They have not attended the same subject area in the last two years.
Eligibility for the program is based on the order in which applications are submitted, provided that the individual requirements for participation in the training program selected by the beneficiaries are met and until all available places are filled.
