Program content
The subsidized voucher program is aimed at unemployed people aged 18 to 50 who wish to be trained and certified in the specialty of Private Security Personnel.
The training program will involve 105 hours of training.

Conditions of Participation
-They are registered in the Public Employment Service (P.E.S.) registry on the date of application.
-They are between 18 and 50 years of age (born between 1972 and 2004), i.e. they must be over 18 and under 50 at the time of application.
-They are Greek citizens or Greek expatriates or citizens of a European Union member state. For citizens of EU member states, knowledge of the Greek language at least at level B2 is required.
-They are graduates of at least compulsory education (high school diploma). Please note that if a diploma or other equivalent or higher qualification was obtained abroad, an official translation and recognition certificate are required.
-They have not attended a training program in the same subject in the last two (2) years before the publication of this call.
Eligibility for the program is based on the order in which applications are submitted, provided that the specific conditions for participation in the training program selected by the beneficiaries are met and until all available places are filled.
Training content
The purpose of the project is to provide Continuing Vocational Training services, which will be implemented using the method of modern distance learning (e-learning) and certification to up to 5,000 unemployed people, registered in the Public Employment Service (DYPA).
Trainees who join the program will receive an educational training allowance of €525.
The duration of theoretical training of the program is 105 hours.
After the end of the theoretical training, the trainees will participate in Certification exams. Participation in the Certification exams is mandatory.
We emphasize that the official invitation for the program has not yet been published, therefore there may be changes in training hours.

This program helps participants develop a professional identity and confidence in their role. The training provides them with essential knowledge and the confidence to respond to real working conditions, especially those involving a high level of responsibility and risk. For me, and KAINOTOMIA, the big challenge is not simply to certify individuals, but to change their dynamic towards their working environment and to reinforce their responsible attitude within it.
