Pact for Skills
Pact for Skills, is a European initiative that, through the creation of partnerships, brings together businesses, educational institutions, social partners and public authorities with the common goal of upgrading and retraining skills.
It focuses on strategic sectors of the economy, supporting sustainable growth, employment and social cohesion, so that Europe is ready for the green and digital challenges of the future.
Our role
KAINOTOMIA is the coordinator of the 1st Regional Cooperation for Skills in South-East Europe within the framework of the Pact for Skills and aims to include at least 20 partners by 2030.
