Description
Empowering migrants and refugees through sustainable entrepreneurship and green skills
The challenge
Many migrants and refugees face barriers to finding work, social integration, and developing entrepreneurial skills.
At the same time, green practices are rarely part of their daily lives or education.
The solution we designed
GREEN NEW HOME creates an educational environment to empower these individuals. It identifies the skills needed to develop sustainable business ideas, provides educational tools and applications, and trains trainers so that they can effectively support this journey of integration and progress.
Results & Impact
- Definition of key skills: Documented identification of sustainable entrepreneurship skills for refugees and migrants.
- Assessment & Training Space: Interactive learning platform with 6 thematic modules.
- Personalised Strategy Maker application: Mobile strategy planning tool for green businesses.
- Teaching material for adult educators: Practical guide for educators on how to use the project tools.
