Description

Innovative model to facilitate e-learning success

The challenge

The world of employment is changing radically. Crises, technology and globalization are bringing new data to vocational education. Trainers are called upon to manage blended learning environments, while learners, especially those with fewer opportunities, need immediate empowerment.

Results & Impact

The MOOC4ALL project develops a flexible, social learning model, combining digital and face-to-face education, enhancing the participation of even the most vulnerable groups. With tools such as a platform, a mobile app and a trainer manual, it supports trainers and trainees to learn, evolve and adapt to new professional environments.

Results & Impact

  • Report: Effective Social Learning Methods: Collection of practices that improve  learner participation.
  • Social Model for Online Learning (SML)
A model for blended environments with horizontal and vertical subject areas.
  • Online Platform: Digital space with materials, educational tools and learning communities.
  • Trainer's Handbook: A guide for trainers with social learning practices and activities.
  • Mobile App: Learning anytime with access to hardware, alerts, and portfolio.
