Description
Equal opportunities and inclusive mobility for all young people
The challenge
Many young people with visual, hearing, or physical disabilities still do not participate in European mobility programs, not because they do not want to, but because they have never been given the right opportunity, support, or tools to do so. |
The solution we designed
DARE creates the conditions for every young person – with or without disabilities – to have equal opportunities to participate, travel, learn, and contribute. Through four innovative tools, it supports youth workers and NGOs in implementing inclusive mobility actions, giving a voice and confidence to young people with disabilities.
Results & Impact
- DARE Inclusion Guide: a 50-page handbook with practical steps, good practices, and inclusion tools.
- DARE Digital Storytelling Handbook: Interactive storytelling guide with multimedia material and versions for visual/hearing impairments.
- Truth and DARE e-Learning Space: 10 modules for young people and youth workers, aimed at strengthening skills and creating ambassadors for the goal.
- DARE App: Accessible mobile app that informs, inspires, and connects young people with disabilities with actions and volunteers.
