The overall operation of the company  “ΚΑΙΝΟΤΟΜΙΑ & SIA L.P.” is governed by the principles reflected in the Unified Management System, as formed by the requirements of the following international standards of the relevant legislation and the market requirements.

  • ISO 9001:2015 “Quality Management System”
  • ISO 27001:2013 “Information Security System”
  • ISO 27701:2019 “Privacy Information Management System”
  • ISO 21001:2018 “Education Organization Management System”
  • ISO 29993:2017 “Non-formal Education Services Management System”

The central idea of ​​the Company is to contribute, through its activities – learning, vocational training, scientific study, promotion of international collaborations and initiatives – to the creation of those conditions that will bring about the upgrading of the social, economic and cultural level of our homeland.

More specifically, the Company focuses on strengthening the educational sector, offering modern learning and professional training opportunities that meet the demands of the labor market. It also invests in scientific research, promoting innovative solutions and methods that contribute to the development of science and technology.

In addition, the Company encourages and supports cooperation with international organizations and institutions, broadening the horizons and prospects of our country through the exchange of knowledge and the joint development of initiatives.

With these actions, we aim to strengthen social cohesion, promote economic prosperity and highlight our cultural wealth, contributing substantially to the overall development and prosperity of our country.

For the Lifelong Learning Center ΚΑΙΝΟΤΟΜΙΑ, quality is characterized by excellent service and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Information security concerns the safeguarding of information resources in an effective manner. Privacy is associated with the protection of personal data, maintaining their confidentiality, availability and integrity. Business continuity refers to the ability of the organization to continue providing products or services at predetermined levels, even after an unforeseen event that may cause an interruption, taking appropriate measures and policies to prevent and address corruption and unfair competition.

The objectives of the Unified Management System are:

  • Development and implementation of modern educational programs that promote the continuous professional development of teachers.
  • Upgrading the quality of teaching through the implementation of innovative teaching methods and educational technologies.
  • Protecting the interests of the institution and those who deal with it and trust it for the use and distribution of their confidential data.
  • Developing educational materials and resources that support effective teaching and learning.
  • Developing training programs to enhance the skills and professional development of trainees.
  • Ensuring the availability, integrity and confidentiality of information produced, received and distributed within the framework of security projects.
  • Evaluating and reviewing educational programs to ensure effectiveness and responsiveness to educational needs.
  • Development and implementation of programs to promote equality and diversity in the educational environment.
  • Promotion of cooperation and collaborative learning between teachers and students.
  • Development and implementation of measures to promote digital education and technological progress.
  • Continuous improvement of the services provided and the overall operation of the Quality System, with the aim of increasing customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Promoting programs to improve linguistic and cultural understanding among learners.
  • Meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements governing the operation of the L.L.C. KAINOTOMIA
  • Implementing high-quality training programs by incorporating technological developments into them, with the aim of their continuous improvement.
  • Developing programs and measures to highlight and support creativity and innovation in education.
  • Connecting vocational training activities with the labor market and employment.
  • Participating in European programs and initiatives for the exchange of ideas, experience and transfer of know-how.
  • Continuous monitoring, evaluation and control of educational programs from the initial stage of design to their implementation and provision to their recipients.
  • Health and safety insurance for staff and trainees.

The achievement of the above is determined through the basic processes of the Unified Management System, which include:

  • Continuous assessment of the efficiency of the system, through annual reviews by Management and internal inspections.
  • Documentation and analysis of the causes of problems and weaknesses, to implement necessary corrective and preventive measures.
  • Identification of interested parties, detection and response to threats, exploitation of opportunities.
  • Conducting staff training on business continuity.
  • Defining clear requirements for trainees, trainers, businesses and communities and providing services that reflect them.
  • Conducting exercises to test business continuity plans.
  • Continuous education, training and evaluation of staff.
  • Documentation and continuous measurement of the degree of satisfaction of trainees with the programs provided.
  • Securing the required resources and using modern technology for effective operation.
  • Long-term cooperation with suppliers and partners and continuous monitoring of their performance.

The full implementation of the principles of the system is ensured through continuous information and training of staff at all levels, with the main objective of integrating the necessary awareness of the purposes and philosophy of the system.

All matters relating to the Unified Management System are assigned to the Unified Management System Manager (UMS), who is appointed by the Management and has the responsibility, authority and organizational independence to ensure the operation and compliance of the UMS in accordance with the standards  ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27701:2019, , ISO 21001:2018, , ISO 29993:2017 and regulatory requirements.
