The EM&M project focuses on strengthening emotional intelligence and promoting safety in the digital environment, providing modern tools and methods for youth workers, educators, and other interested stakeholders 🔐

The handbook to be presented is a comprehensive educational tool that combines theoretical background, practical teaching methods, and experiential activities. Its goal is to support professionals working with young people in developing key skills such as:
✔️ emotional management
✔️ recognition of online risks
✔️ safe use of the digital environment

During the event, participants will also explore ways to apply the handbook in educational practice, followed by a discussion and exchange of ideas 💬
