Would you like to discover new ways to engage, motivate, and empower young people through experiential learning and outdoor activities?

The European Erasmus+ project NEST – Nurturing Employability and Soft Skills through Transition is seeking 10 youth workers in Greece to participate in the pilot implementation of the new Trainer Training Program.

Through this workbook and the activities we have developed, you will explore:

🌿Ways to engage young people and encourage their meaningful participation
🌿 Ways in which you can make the most of experiential learning through nature
🌿 The value of green horizontal skills and sustainability in supporting young people

But we don’t just want you to participate.

You’ll be among the first professionals in the youth sector to try out the NEST methodology and help improve the Trainer Training Manual before it’s rolled out more widely.
