Adult Trainer

Job Description: KAINOTOMIA Lifelong Learning Center is seeking certified Adult Trainers to deliver synchronous online training in subsidized (voucher) or self-funded programmes, addressed to adult learners across Greece.

Role Description:

The trainer will be responsible for:

  • Delivering synchronous online training (via Zoom or equivalent platforms)
  • Providing support to learners throughout the programme
  • Completing attendance sheets, evaluations, and other accompanying documentation
  • Contributing (where required) to minor adaptations of the training material

Required Qualifications:

  • Adult Trainer Certification from EOPPEP (including relevant STEP credits)
  • Proven experience in synchronous or asynchronous adult training
  • Familiarity with the relevant subject areas
  • Excellent command of digital e-learning platforms for remote training

Collaboration Type:

  • Remote (synchronous teaching)
  • Per programme (duration: 50–100 hours)

National Training Projects Administrator

Job Description: KAINOTOMIA Lifelong Learning Center is seeking a National Training Project Administrator to design, implement, and monitor subsidized training programs funded through vouchers (DYPA, NSRF, Recovery Fund), ensuring proper execution, compliance with the regulatory framework, and maximizing the impact on beneficiaries.

  • Communication with national agencies (DIPA, EYD, Intermediate Bodies)

Role Description:

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing calls for proposals, preparing technical specifications and project budgets
  • Organizing and overseeing the process of activating vouchers and registering beneficiaries
  • Coordinating with certification bodies to conduct exams and ensure quality
  • Monitoring of physical and financial progress, submission of expense reports and statements
  • Collaboration with certification bodies (EOPPEP, international bodies) and compliance with publicity obligations
  • Evaluation of results (completion rates, certification rates, labor market integration rates)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing co-funded training projects
  • Knowledge of the NSRF institutional framework and expenditure eligibility regulations
  • Experience using the OPIS, PSKE, and voucher platforms
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable with communication and collaboration
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of the Argus information system or a similar operating system is a plus

Internship

Position Description:

KAINOTOMIA Lifelong Learning Center offers an internship opportunity for university students interested in gaining experience in the fields of vocational training, European project coordination, and the organization of educational activities.

  • Support of administrative and operational processes

Role Description

The intern will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the organization of educational programmes and activities
  • Assisting in the management of European projects
  • Contributing to the drafting and editing of training material and online posts
  • Supporting daily administrative tasks and communication processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student in a University, Vocational Training Institute (IEK), or other institution with eligibility for internship
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
  • Strong organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
  • Excellent command of English will be considered an asset
