The KAINOTOMIA Lifelong Learning Center participates in the European project HIRE – Enhancing Candidates Opportunities for Successful Interviews, funded by the Erasmus+ program. The project brings real innovation to vocational education by creating the Ultimate Interview Preparation Platform — a digital space where artificial intelligence meets pedagogy.
The HIRE platform provides:
- Practical training in social skills such as communication, adaptability, and leadership
- AI feedback to improve self-confidence and nonverbal communication
- 120+ interview questions for different roles and professional profiles
- Guides and activities for trainers, with fully customizable material
The development of the AI Interview App incorporates findings from focus groups involving VET learners, SMEs, and HR specialists, ensuring that the app responds to the real needs of the labor market.
