MINDful Project News!
As part of the European project MINDful, a three-day training activity was successfully carried out at KAINOTOMIA’s premises in Larissa.
The MINDful project was designed to promote the inclusion of people with visual or hearing impairments or physical disabilities in retail workplaces, with a special focus on rural areas of the EU.
The project partnership, consisting of six partners from Greece, France, and Spain, actively participated in the three-day training activity. During the first two days, the training material developed by the partnership was presented, which includes thematic modules such as:
- General Introduction to Disabilities (vision, hearing, physical)
- Inclusion in the recruitment process
- Workplace design and signage
- Appropriate behavior
- Crisis management
- Policy and legislation at national and European level
